The Liard River Hot Springs Provincial Park is located in the beautiful Northern Rocky Mountains and offers an experience to be remembered.
The Liard River Hot Springs creates a very unique ecosystem that attracts a total of 104 bird species and 28 mammals. Of particular interest to visitors are the numerous small fish swimming in the swamp water along the boardwalk. These tiny Lake Chub are very unique due to their ability to survive in the warm swamp water.
