Located in the Northern Rocky Mountains Provincial Park, the Wokkpash Trail is a hiker's paradise. Encounter dramatic scenery, abundant wildlife and pure wilderness on this multi-day trek. witha total length of 71 km broken out into a road access portion of 18km and the remaining trail portion of 53km. This trail is a wilderness trak for experienced hikers. The majority of the trail is more of a route than a designated trail and hikers will need to use some discernment to determine the best route for them based on the timing and season. This trail offers some camping pads along the way with an emergercy cabin at Wokkpash Lake. This trail offers a transformative experience through some the landscapes and ecosystems within the Muskwa Kechika Management Area. Rivers, valleys, hoodoos, gorges, lakes, mountains and more await the adventurous on this trail.
